Preparation

  • In a bowl, prepare pancake batter according to package instructions using pancake mix and water, ensuring the mixture is lump-free.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, about one-third cup, to form a pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter and adjust heat as needed.

Assembly

  • Once pancakes are cooked, gently fold them into a taco shape.
  • Fill each taco with a portion of your favorite fruit and top with whipped cream or yogurt.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
