Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cornbread mix, milk, and egg until combined.
  • Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
