  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Brings a fragrant aroma and irresistible flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Start with a little; you can always add more.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and don't overmix after adding spinach and artichokes. You can add red pepper flakes for a kick.
