  • 1 cup cooked sausage or turkey sausage Chopped or crumbled.
  • 1 cup fresh veggies Options include bell peppers, onions, or spinach.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Greek yogurt can be a healthier alternative.
  • to taste hot sauce Essential for adding flavor.

Preparation

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
  • Heat your skillet over medium heat.

Cooking the Eggs

  • Pour the eggs into the hot skillet and gently stir them as they cook.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes until fluffy.

Cooking the Sausage

  • In the same skillet, add the chopped sausage and sauté until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Assembling the Crunchwrap

  • Grab a large tortilla and layer with scrambled eggs, sausage, shredded cheese, diced veggies, and sour cream.
  • Drizzle with hot sauce and fold in the edges to form a wrap.

Cooking the Crunchwrap

  • Heat the non-stick skillet again and place the crunchwrap seam-side down.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and repeat.

Notes
