  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.

Preparation

  • Slice your chicken breasts into thinner pieces for faster cooking and better sauce coating.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Cooking

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  • Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and allowing it to simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
  • Serve warm in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For best results, don't rush the cooking process and adjust seasoning to your taste. Store leftovers separately for optimal texture.
